Concrete Driveway Coatings in Fort Myers, FL

Your driveway takes the worst of the Florida sun, and most coatings — including DIY epoxy — chalk and peel within a season. We install UV-stable polyaspartic driveway systems built to last, family-owned and based in Lehigh Acres with a 5.0-star rating across 150+ Google reviews.

Built for the Sun

Why a Driveway Needs a UV-Stable Coating — Not Epoxy

It's the most common driveway mistake: a standard epoxy coating ambers, chalks, and peels under direct UV — which is exactly what a Fort Myers driveway gets all day.

Outdoors, we use polyaspartic and polyurea systems instead. They're UV-stable so they won't yellow, and flexible enough to move with the heat expansion that cracks rigid coatings.

FAQ

Driveway Coating FAQ

Isn’t epoxy the standard for driveways?
It’s a common search, but pure epoxy ambers and peels under UV. Outdoors we use UV-stable polyaspartic and polyurea that won’t yellow.
Can you coat over a cracked driveway?
Often, yes. We inspect the slab, mechanically prepare the surface, and repair stable cracks or damaged areas before coating. Active movement or severe damage may require additional repair recommendations.
Will hot tires leave marks?
Professional surface preparation and the correct topcoat help prevent hot-tire pickup. We select the system for vehicle use and allow the full cure window before parking on it.
How long will it last in the Florida sun?
For outdoor or sun-exposed concrete, we recommend a UV-stable polyaspartic or polyurea system rather than standard epoxy. The system is matched to Florida sun, rain, and coastal exposure.
Stained vs. coated — which is right for me?
The right answer depends on the slab, exposure, and how the space is used. Call (239) 339-7238 or request a free estimate so we can inspect the surface and recommend the appropriate system.
